Dear Families,
As we welcome the arrival of spring, we are excited for the energy and growth this time of year brings to our school. Spring is always a special time at Cottonwood—students are building confidence in their learning, and classrooms are full of exciting activities.
I would also like to extend a sincere thank you to our community for taking the time to vote in support of our recent levy election. Your support makes a meaningful difference for our students and schools, and we are grateful to be part of such a caring and supportive community.
A reminder that Parent-Teacher Conferences will take place on Thursday, March 19th. Conferences are an important opportunity to connect with your child’s teacher, celebrate progress, and discuss goals for the remainder of the school year.
We also want to remind families that Spring Break will begin on March 30th. We hope this time provides an opportunity for rest, family time, and a chance to recharge for the final stretch of the school year.
Please also keep an eye out for information about some fun PTO-sponsored events coming up! These are always wonderful opportunities for our school community to come together. Upcoming events include:
- Glow Night – Friday, March 6
- Pastries with Parents – May 15
- End-of-Year School Carnival – May 28
Thank you again for being such an important part of our school community. It is a privilege to work alongside you in supporting our students each day.
Warmly,
Jacki Moore
Principal
